Based on the same categories that are included on the official exam provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
NCLEX-PN Physiological Integrity Marathon is your last step before moving on to the next level. It contains all questions from the Physiological Integrity tests and will cycle through your missed questions until you answer each one correctly. The Physiological Integrity category is the largest of the NCLEX-PN Examination. It covers almost 50% of all test questions. Within the category, there are several subsections that will make up the total questions: Basic care and comfort (7-13%), Pharmacological therapies (10-16%), Reduction of risk potential (9-15%), and Physiological adaptation (7-13%). The National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN exam) is usually administered by individual State Boards of Nursing. You may have heard that the NCLEX-PN is often referred to as “The Boards” or “State Boards.” The NCLEX-PN’s sole purpose is to determine whether it is safe for you to begin practice as an entry-level practical/vocational nurse.
