Steven Litvintchouk oversees the editorial quality of Nurse Plus Academy’s practice questions, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and instructional design.

Working alongside our clinical team led by Winona Suzanne Ball, RN, MHS, Steven reviews all practice questions for educational effectiveness, readability, and alignment with NCLEX test-taking best practices.

Previously, Steven spent 24 years in computer engineering and technical documentation, publishing peer-reviewed work and leading large-scale software projects. This background in precision and systematic processes informs his approach to educational content development.

He holds an M.S. from MIT (1978) and a B.S. from Columbia University (1975). Today he also maintains editorial standards across multiple education platforms operated by Elegant E-Learning, Inc.
